SVP or DRP bidding? Employers choose!

FeeTrader offers the most flexible recruiter marketplace available. Employers can select either type of job post or even a mixture of the two. Also, within each job post, employers can elect to allow candidates to apply directly for maximum utility. All activity is seamlessly manageable from your FeeTrader account.
 
DRP (Direct Relationship Plan) – Employers contractually work directly with the "bid accepted" Recruiters using their own recruiting agreement. Upload your recruiting agreement into your FeeTrader profile just once. Recruiters must accept the terms of your agreement before bidding so all bids are from "terms approving" Recruiters.
 
SVP (Single Vendor Plan) – FeeTrader is the single recruiting firm (for perm placements only and using FeeTrader's terms). Recruiters bid and when accepted, present candidates for placement at the approved bid rate. FeeTrader is the single streamlined vendor, handles invoicing and pays the successful Recruiter.

  1. Our service works for contract (temporary) placements as well, allowing employers to review candidate profiles and hourly contractor bids in the same fashion. Simply indicate "Contract" from the "Job Type" drop down and enjoy the same benefits from contract placements.
  2. Employer can customize their per job placement agreement to their needs. Recruiters agree to the employer placement agreement (for that job) before bidding so all bids listed through FeeTrader are from contractually agreeable recruiters.

Your corporate policy only allows you to use vendors from your approved list? No problem. Place "Approved Vendors only" at the beginning of your job descriptions when posting to FeeTrader and alert these vendors to the job openings with the aforementioned preload feature.

The FeeTrader platform allows employers to search hot candidates posted by recruiters and if interested in a candidate, allows the employer to contact the recruiter with the candidate relationship. This proactive approach coupled with our bid and pitch system will further increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Employers can designate the frequency of alerts to new bids and pitches and can always generate a report of the current list.
